WHOLE BEING NUTRITION

I am a dietitian with an "all foods fit," anti-diet, weight-inclusive approach to nutrition. The foundation of Whole Being Nutrition centers around the belief that we as human beings are whole and complete, just as we are. We are also worthy of truly living a life that aligns with our dreams, hopes, and values. Sometimes the pressures of our society can understandably distract us from living a full life by encouraging unhelpful and often times harmful expectations around our food choices, movement practices, and relationship with our bodies. My goal as a dietitian is to work with you to explore your relationship with food, movement, and body image and help you cultivate a relationship with yourself that aligns with the life you truly deserve to live.
